Cash on Delivery is the only payment method available for orders placed through the store. The applicable order amount is collected when the order is delivered. Customers are responsible for making the required payment before or upon receiving the order according to the delivery process.
Customers should be prepared to pay the exact Cash on Delivery amount shown for their order. Any alternative payment option that may be independently supported by a delivery provider is subject to that provider's availability and procedures and is not guaranteed by the store.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch where cancellation is available. We may also cancel orders because of product unavailability, incorrect pricing, inaccurate information, delivery limitations, suspected fraud, repeated failed deliveries, or other legitimate operational reasons.
Orders are generally prepared for dispatch within 24 hours after confirmation. Estimated delivery is generally within 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, courier schedules, weather, holidays, transportation conditions, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Orders above $150 qualify for free standard delivery. Orders below $150 are subject to a flat $5.00 delivery fee unless another shipping offer is displayed during checkout. Applicable charges will be shown before the order is submitted.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable contact information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries, additional delivery attempts, or delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address information.
Customers should be available to receive their Cash on Delivery order and make the applicable payment when the courier arrives. Repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept confirmed orders, or failure to provide the required payment may result in cancellation or restrictions on future Cash on Delivery orders.
Refusing a Cash on Delivery package is not automatically treated as an approved return. Repeated refusal of confirmed orders or repeated unsuccessful deliveries may result in restrictions on future orders or Cash on Delivery availability.
Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in accordance with the applicable Return and Refund Policy. Products should generally remain unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with applicable tags, seals, accessories, and included materials intact.
Certain products may not be eligible for return because of hygiene, safety, consumable, digital, personalized, or product-specific considerations. These may include opened personal care products, perishables, activated SaaS licences, redeemed gift cards, activated memberships, and other products identified as non-returnable.
Customers should inspect products as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Damage, incorrect items, or missing products should generally be reported within 48 hours. Photographs or other information may be requested to verify the issue before a replacement, return, or refund is arranged.
Approved refunds are processed according to the applicable Return and Refund Policy after the returned product has been received and inspected. Because all orders are Cash on Delivery, refunds are not issued to credit cards, debit cards, or online payment accounts.
Eligible Cash on Delivery refunds may be provided through an available bank transfer method or as store credit, subject to the applicable refund procedure. Delivery personnel are not authorized to provide cash refunds at the time of pickup or delivery.
Discounts, promotional offers, bundles, and special pricing may be subject to additional eligibility requirements, quantity limits, product exclusions, or availability. Promotional offers may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn where permitted by applicable law.
We may review order details, contact information, delivery history, and website activity to identify suspected fraud, false information, repeated failed deliveries, abusive behaviour, or misuse of Cash on Delivery services. Orders may be declined, cancelled, or restricted when reasonably necessary.
