8. Website Usage Data

We may automatically receive limited technical information when you visit the website. This may include your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate session information, and interactions with website features.

9. Third Party Services

We may use trusted third-party providers to support website hosting, analytics, communications, logistics, delivery, technical maintenance, and customer service. Only information reasonably necessary for the relevant service may be shared with these providers.

10. Delivery Partners

15. Information Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and current information. Incorrect names, phone numbers, email addresses, or delivery addresses may result in unsuccessful order confirmation, communication, or delivery.

16. Children's Privacy

The website is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children where such collection is not permitted. If we become aware of information collected in circumstances where it should not have been collected, we may take reasonable steps to remove it.

18. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including requesting access, correction, or deletion of certain information. Some information may need to be retained where required for legitimate business, security, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes.

19. Marketing Preferences

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails or adjust your marketing preferences using the available options provided with those communications. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent essential communications regarding existing orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, or support requests.

20. Security Limitations

While we take reasonable measures to protect personal information, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We continuously work to reduce security risks and protect information handled through the website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing this store, using its features, submitting information, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the applicable Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the website.

2. Website Use

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce harmful code, or use the website in a manner that could negatively affect its security, availability, or other customers.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product names, descriptions, prices, stock information, specifications, and imagery accurate. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or screen. Typographical errors, supplier changes, stock discrepancies, or other inaccuracies may occasionally occur.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. Displaying a product on the website or adding it to a cart does not guarantee that the product will remain available until checkout is completed. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or update availability without prior notice.

5. Pricing

Product prices and applicable delivery charges are displayed on the website and may change from time to time. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, incorrect listings, or other inaccuracies. Where a significant error affects an order, the order may be cancelled and the customer notified where appropriate.

6. Orders

Submitting checkout constitutes a request and commitment to purchase the selected products. Orders remain subject to availability, verification, delivery coverage, and confirmation. We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary.

7. Order Verification

We may contact customers using the information provided at checkout to verify an order, confirm the delivery address, clarify product details, or confirm availability. Orders may be cancelled if required information cannot be verified or if the order does not meet applicable fulfilment requirements.

8. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is the only payment method available for orders placed through the store. The applicable order amount is collected when the order is delivered. Customers are responsible for making the required payment before or upon receiving the order according to the delivery process.

9. Payment at Delivery

Customers should be prepared to pay the exact Cash on Delivery amount shown for their order. Any alternative payment option that may be independently supported by a delivery provider is subject to that provider's availability and procedures and is not guaranteed by the store.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch where cancellation is available. We may also cancel orders because of product unavailability, incorrect pricing, inaccurate information, delivery limitations, suspected fraud, repeated failed deliveries, or other legitimate operational reasons.

11. Shipping Policy

Orders are generally prepared for dispatch within 24 hours after confirmation. Estimated delivery is generally within 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, courier schedules, weather, holidays, transportation conditions, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. Delivery Charges

Orders above $150 qualify for free standard delivery. Orders below $150 are subject to a flat $5.00 delivery fee unless another shipping offer is displayed during checkout. Applicable charges will be shown before the order is submitted.

13. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable contact information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries, additional delivery attempts, or delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address information.

14. Delivery Attempts

Customers should be available to receive their Cash on Delivery order and make the applicable payment when the courier arrives. Repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept confirmed orders, or failure to provide the required payment may result in cancellation or restrictions on future Cash on Delivery orders.

15. Refused Orders

Refusing a Cash on Delivery package is not automatically treated as an approved return. Repeated refusal of confirmed orders or repeated unsuccessful deliveries may result in restrictions on future orders or Cash on Delivery availability.

16. Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in accordance with the applicable Return and Refund Policy. Products should generally remain unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with applicable tags, seals, accessories, and included materials intact.

17. Non-Returnable Products

Certain products may not be eligible for return because of hygiene, safety, consumable, digital, personalized, or product-specific considerations. These may include opened personal care products, perishables, activated SaaS licences, redeemed gift cards, activated memberships, and other products identified as non-returnable.

18. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Customers should inspect products as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Damage, incorrect items, or missing products should generally be reported within 48 hours. Photographs or other information may be requested to verify the issue before a replacement, return, or refund is arranged.

19. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed according to the applicable Return and Refund Policy after the returned product has been received and inspected. Because all orders are Cash on Delivery, refunds are not issued to credit cards, debit cards, or online payment accounts.

20. Refund Methods

Eligible Cash on Delivery refunds may be provided through an available bank transfer method or as store credit, subject to the applicable refund procedure. Delivery personnel are not authorized to provide cash refunds at the time of pickup or delivery.

21. Promotional Offers

Discounts, promotional offers, bundles, and special pricing may be subject to additional eligibility requirements, quantity limits, product exclusions, or availability. Promotional offers may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn where permitted by applicable law.

22. Fraud and Misuse

We may review order details, contact information, delivery history, and website activity to identify suspected fraud, false information, repeated failed deliveries, abusive behaviour, or misuse of Cash on Delivery services. Orders may be declined, cancelled, or restricted when reasonably necessary.

23. Intellectual Property

Website content including text, photographs, graphics, product presentations, icons, layouts, designs, and software may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Such content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without appropriate authorization.

24. Third-Party Services

Certain website functions may rely on third-party providers, including hosting, analytics, communication, logistics, courier, and technical service providers. Such providers may operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

25. Website Availability

We aim to maintain reliable access to the website but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Website availability may be affected by maintenance, technical failures, network interruptions, security incidents, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

26. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability relating to an affected product or order is limited to the value of that product or order. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or purchase of products, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

27. Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural events, transportation disruptions, courier delays, technical outages, communication failures, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

1. Return Eligibility

Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must generally be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and have all applicable seals, tags, accessories, manuals, and included materials intact. Proof of purchase or valid order information may be required.

2. Product Condition

Returned products must be in a condition suitable for resale unless the return is being made because the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Products showing signs of use, damage, alteration, missing components, or improper handling may be refused or may be subject to an applicable deduction.

3. Non-Returnable Products

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, consumable, digital, or product-specific restrictions. These may include opened personal care products, perishables, consumables, personalized products, activated SaaS licences, redeemed gift cards, activated memberships, and products specifically marked as non-returnable.

4. Digital Products and Memberships

Digital goods, software licences, memberships, subscriptions, and similar products may only be eligible for cancellation or refund before activation, redemption, download, or use. Once a digital product or membership has been activated or redeemed, it is generally not eligible for return or refund except where required by applicable law.

5. Return Request

Return requests should be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery using the available support or return request option on the website. Customers should provide the order ID and relevant details explaining the reason for the return.

6. Return Review

Return requests may be reviewed before approval. Additional information, photographs, or product details may be requested to determine whether the item qualifies under this policy.

7. Return Pickup

Once an eligible return is approved, a courier pickup may be arranged where the service is available. Customers should securely package the product and include all applicable original components before handing it over to the courier.

8. Return Shipping

Return shipping arrangements may depend on the reason for the return. Where a product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualifies for a service-related return, return shipping may be arranged at no additional cost. Change-of-mind returns may be subject to applicable return shipping conditions.

9. Damaged Items

Customers should inspect parcels as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Visible or transit-related damage should generally be reported within 48 hours with clear photographs of the product and packaging. Eligible damaged items may qualify for a replacement, return, or refund.

10. Defective Products

If a product develops a defect or arrives defective, customers should report the issue through the available support channel. Depending on the nature of the defect, an eligible product may be repaired, replaced, returned, or refunded in accordance with applicable requirements.

11. Incorrect Products

If an incorrect product is delivered, customers should notify support promptly and provide the order details and photographs where requested. After verification, an appropriate replacement, return, or refund may be arranged.

12. Missing Items

If an order appears to be missing an item or component, the issue should be reported as soon as possible. We may review packing and delivery records before arranging a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

13. Return Inspection

Returned products are inspected after they reach the designated processing facility. Inspection may take up to two business days or longer in exceptional circumstances. Approval of a return does not necessarily mean that the refund is issued before inspection is complete.

14. Refund Eligibility

A refund is issued only after the returned product has been received and verified as eligible, unless the issue qualifies for an alternative resolution such as a replacement. Refund amounts may be adjusted where applicable due to missing components, damage caused after delivery, or other conditions permitted under this policy.

15. Cash on Delivery Refunds

Because orders are placed using Cash on Delivery, refunds are not issued to credit cards, debit cards, or online payment accounts. Eligible refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are handled through the available refund methods described below.

16. Refund Methods

Approved Cash on Delivery refunds may be provided through an eligible bank transfer method or as store credit, subject to the applicable refund process. The available method may depend on the order and information required to complete the refund securely.

17. No Cash Refund at Pickup

Courier or pickup personnel are not authorized to provide cash refunds when collecting a returned product. Refunds are processed only after the applicable return and inspection procedures have been completed.

18. Refund Processing Time

Once a return has been received, inspected, and approved, eligible refunds are generally processed within five business days. The time required for a bank transfer or other refund method to become available may vary depending on the receiving financial institution or service.

19. Store Credit

Where store credit is selected or offered, the approved amount will be credited according to the applicable store-credit procedure. Store credit may be subject to additional terms regarding use, expiry, exclusions, or transferability where permitted by applicable law.

20. Change-of-Mind Returns

Eligible products returned because of a change of mind must meet the 14-day return requirements and must generally remain unused and in their original condition. Products that are excluded from returns remain non-returnable even when the request is made within the return period.

21. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered for eligible products depending on stock availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, an eligible refund or store-credit resolution may be provided instead.

22. Refused or Failed Deliveries

Refusing a Cash on Delivery order at the time of delivery is not automatically treated as an approved return. Repeated refusal of confirmed orders or repeated failed delivery attempts may result in cancellation of the order or restrictions on future Cash on Delivery availability.

23. Late Return Requests

Return requests submitted after 14 days from delivery may be declined unless the product is covered by a separate warranty, statutory right, or an exception approved under the applicable circumstances.

24. Fraudulent or Abusive Returns

We may restrict or decline returns where there is evidence of repeated misuse, fraudulent claims, product substitution, intentional damage, false information, or other abuse of the return and refund process.

25. Policy Exceptions

Exceptions may be considered for damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise exceptional orders. Any approved exception does not create an automatic entitlement to the same exception for future orders.

26. Policy Updates

This Return and Refund Policy may be updated when necessary to reflect changes in products, services, fulfilment procedures, or applicable requirements. The latest version made available on the website will apply to eligible requests, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
